Can anybody translate this sentence?

The first 3 letters (MNB) of the car’s VIN ( vehicle identification number) shows that the car was built by Auto Alliance, Rayong, but Ford Thailand cannot find any records of this vehicle in its database.

Car's VIN and other ID's are hard to decipher at best most of the time and particularly

a car that was build in countries like Thailand where lots of back yards cars

are being build or put together, so if were you and in doubt,  I'd walk out.....

I don't want the Vin decoded. I only want this sentence  translated.
