I am not sure if these laws exist in thailands, if they do, can someone please tell me what they are called and what juridical section they belong?

From memory can remember something about Thai law is mainly based on French law but stand to be corrected.

 

There is a heading listed as below at top of General page or go and see a Thai lawyer.

Well l am not aware of what you need l think l do, it sounds to me you need to go to a Thai Uni that teaches Thai law there will be plenty of Thai people who will be there able to converse with you, how that is achievable will be up to you. goodluck.
