Now you have the opportunity to get rid of the disappointment, you are making excuses for a poor machine because you can't be bothered to send it back.  You've confirmed that it has a dull, low resolution screen. Your mobile phone probably has better resolution :)

With the Full HD spec, it's just about ok.

As I pointed out, I don't have the box anymore, so packing it safely so it doesn't sustain damage on return could be a problem. I also said that Lazada said they will investigate, so I will wait for their reply before I do anything.

But since you didn't buy it from Lenovo, why is it their problem?

Because they supplied the model I have to who I bought it from.

Lazada doesn't have a huge warehouse full of all the items in their catalogue. It's made up of many individual sellers, one of whom I bought my Lenovo from. That seller ordered the desktop from Lenovo, who apparently sent the wrong one. That's how it's been explained to me, but if you have any more questions I'll gladly give you the number of my supplier and you can ask him.

Do you really think he's reading your posts? The guy seemed genuinely concerned and offered to refund my money, if that's what I decide to do, so at this point your remarks will have no affect on anyone, including me.
