April 9, 20232 yr I've watched quite a few abandoned building videos, and they are always interesting. In many cases, apart from the dirt and decay it's as if the people are still there. Beds made, dishes to wash in the sink, even tv's and other furniture still there, and even expensive cars in the garage. I suspect that in some cases the owners had to flee the property in a hurry because the authorities were on their tail for criminal activity.

Thailand has been my home for more than 20 years, I came here in my 30's, working offshore on a 28/28 day rotation, I'm blessed what a dream it's been. Over the years I've seen many foreign men come to Thailand with their life savings and put it into their dream home to only die. Sad

July 19, 20232 yr Author Popular Post Those who pass through Cha-am are likely familiar with this long-closed dinosaur-themed crocodile (and snake?) farm on the side of the highway. I'd never heard of it but saw it while driving down to Malaysia & had to do a U-turn. I read that the snakes 'escaped' into the local area when the farm closed.
