Nominations will be received until Wednesday the 14th of December.

A poll will then be run with nominations received to decide a final 5 and will close on 21st of December.

Another poll will then be run with the remaining 5 to decide the " 2016 Poster Of The Year "

Historically this contest is more about popularity and pandering, with very little to do with the content or tenor of the posts.

It sounds like your reading skills are slipping.  She was not being nominated, Ron19 was simply answering the question “Who won last year?”
