Pickup obviously speeding... undertaking on the left hand side... poor or non-existent merging skills... it seriously looks like he was not focussed on his surroundings at all.

 

I hope nobody was killed or seriously injured.

The pickup was on a red number I believe, so he probably only picked it up from the showroom a hour earlier.

Pickup was driving like a dick but it was the taxi doing a pick maneuver which sent him out of control. Everybody here acts like touching the brake pedal will cost a pint of blood. Well not touching it likely cost the pickup driver all of his.

From some Thai language FB source it looks like driver and passenger were rushed to the hospital. Hard to believe but sounds like they survived somehow.

There are also pictures of a male injured on a stretcher and another male even sitting on the ground with face wreathing in pain.

The passenger cabin looks relatively intact (not totally crushed).

The complete motor block flew off.
