I have a house with a concrete flat roof that is covered with tiles.The roof is leaking in several places.

Can anybody recommend a reliable contractor that can suggest the best way to remedy this?

This seems to be a very common problem with flat roofs in Phuket

There is a special roofing paint available to fix this problem, we painted our car port roof with it and it worked, bought from Rawai hardware, should be readily available in any paint/hardware stores 

Usually it is on the join between the flat part of the roof & the small ridge which goes around it so make sure that gets done. Where are you?

Go to homepro and ask for Sika. Applies like paint. That's the stuff to use. It's pretty cheap and easy to apply.
