Maximum daily withdrawal limits

Featured Replies

Looking online this seems to vary between banks and types of cards.
The most I've withdrawn previously is 40,000฿ from two 20,000฿ withdrawals using Bangkok Bank.
I'm wondering if anyone happens to know what the *default* maximum DAILY withdrawal limit from Krung Thai Bank (KTB) - assuming I haven't requested any change in withdrawal limits from KTB?
Thanks.

It can vary from bank and card type and most allow you to set your own limit when getting card or later.  So asking your bank or taking out until stopped would probably be better than asking here as we do not know how it was set up.

As has been said elsewhere normal Bangkok Bank limit is 50k per day for basic debit type cards if not adjusted by customer.  You are aware you can ask for up to 25k per transaction from Bangkok Bank ATM's?

I hope you aren't one of the guys that goes to the ATM at a peak period and takes half an hour to get his money instead of going into the bank.

Really not sure why above posted - OP mentioned two withdrawals in a day which should not delay anyone that much.  ATM's are designed to provide that service to keep you out of the bank.

It's actually Krung Thai bank that I was asking about. I have tried my bank (poor customer service). Is that the same for Krung Thai Bank would you or anyone else happen to know?
