Use the "I won the lottery" approach but then again the lottery never gets to these lofty levels here. But then again they have international lottery ticket agents here.

I suspect here though, those targeted will be those in opposition to the PM and pals.

Usually the finger pointers are not squeaky clean but they are trying diverting attention from themselves. That old fox Najib in Mayalasia is an expert at this.
