I can see black smoke coming up from central Jomtien.

Doesn't look like your usual burning of leaves & rubbish smoke.

What's the prediction for this rain?

I'm in the process of polishing up my spats for a night of dinner & dance but have have to re-think my choice of top hat & tails for galoshes & rubber suit.

It would have a bearing on where I end up tonight.
