That statement right there tells us all what will happen to everyone who used a company to purchase any property. Nonsense, that is not the message. The action actually tells us that those who illegally use nominees to circumvent the property-owning laws, as the French woman apparently did with the aid of her lawyer, are the ones to be concerned. Doing it legally, with legal Thai partners, will not result in the potential loss of that property. -

What Is the Best Way to Fly?
If possible on long flights I fly business class and book a flight that usually leaves Thailand around midnight so it's near my sleeping time. On the plane I don't drink anything apart from water and after the first served meal I put earplugs in and sleep mask on and sleep for next 6-8 hours usually, just in time to wake for breakfast. -

Quite right, the pig at the trough should have set up her business legally then there would be no issue. 'Legally' as in registering at the land office and transferring money through Thai banks ? - no questionable dealings were identified at that point, Thai authorities were more than happy to legalise her business and properties... it was only when there is money to be 'skimmed' that issues are found. Thus is pure greed - Someone in a position of Authority wants this land a bargain price - No I don't have proof, but if you can't see through this facade then you are as naive as you are deliberately obtuse. A simple transfer to the Maid as per the will would fully legalise the ownership of the properties and overwrite any formality flaws previously missed. There is an underlying bigotry to this story - whereby those in positions of power appear to want to keep those they consider 'below their station' down on the ground and below their station - they can't have those they consider below them being wealthier than then - this stings at the very core of there 'face'... its dirty, nasty, evil skulduggery... wrong on every level. -
