Four suspects arrested with meth pills, 'ice'
By The Nation

UBON RATCHATHANI: -- Rangers and police arrested four suspects after they were allegedly found in possession of 114,000 methamphetamine pills and 300 grams of crystal meth or “ice” in Ubon Ratchathani province early on Wednesday.

Acting on a tip-off, the rangers and police set up a road checkpoint at the Ban Tham Sua intersection in Tambon Khemmaraj of Khemmaraj district.

At 1.30am, the authorities spotted a Honda car and a Toyota car approaching the checkpoint. They stopped the two vehicles and searched and allegedly found the drugs hidden in a bag inside the Honda car.

The four suspects were identified as Natthapong Polmat, 29, Jessadaporn Paengma, 24, Sarawut Winthai, 26, and Suppakij Phanomai, 25.

So what's new about this ? There are thousands like that.

One of my Nabour Son has just got 15 years for selling drugs. I say keep up the good work Bib.

This drug is pure shit and bring zero benefit.

I don't agree on throwing people in jail for weed, but when it comes to ya-ba or ice, there's some work to be done. We've seen with the failed war on drugs that prison is not the solution though. Rehab should be the way to go.
