heybuz Posted May 17, 2017 Author Share Posted May 17, 2017 the deed gives mevthe rights over the house and land for life. the developer i bought from also a lawyer did all the legal stuff and what he did i do not know.my thai friend who has huge land holdings in thailand also looked at the said deed and a smile came to his face and his words not mine was she is toast.he has offered to buy house from me to add to his portfolio.the main reason for this is that thai law is not against falangs and can be used. have a go is all im saying if you get into the rsame position. i am a quiet petson but when somebody tells me i have no rights i get mad.i would have not done anything except my ex's daughter said they were thai nationals and i had no rights.all i know is when the deed was registered i asked the gov official about the tenure and he not to happy said for life.
