Can we call a truce on the condo ownership argument please? Me and a few others are clearly in disagreement with those who claim that foreigners can own land/property outright, in the same that we could do back home, when in fact everything is loaded in favour of either a Thai individual or a Thai Company.

The true facts on the legalities of ownership for foreigners are freely available from official sources.

and put it in the title, so those not interested don't have to look. TVF is slow enough without wasting time on threads I don't want to get involved in.
