I  am looking for a head and neck surgeon at siriraj government hospital to do a neck biopsy on small lump at level 5 I think its called, not thyroid related, any recommendation's please?

When you say level 5 do you mean C5 on the spine? (would be back of the neck, but on the spine).  Because if so would need a spinal surgeon not a head  neck one. Please clarify, thanks.

 No not on the spine  its on the neck, just above the shoulder its not visible and I can move it,, might be an enlarged lymph node, would like to get it checked out at siriraj or chula, thanks Sheryl.PS I am registered at both.
