Or maybe there is something more relevant at the former location, which is somewhere in Chad I believe?

100.8909E 12.9344168N is about 400m off Big C Extra on Klang (if you refer to this).

 

And you are certain that this is about GPS coordinates and that you got the numbers right?

The numbers are correct. I am just assuming they are GPS coordinates. They cannot be missed as each digit is about a foot high on a pillar near the e-card cashier.

In the UK people used to say "It says OXO on the side of buses, but they don't sell it".
