Tamiya model kits and accessories in C M?

Featured Replies

Are there any specialist hobby shops selling Tamiya kits in C M?

I know Robinsons Central Airport sells them, but they are not a specialist place and I doubt the staff know anything about them. Their stock is being run down, as probably not big sellers.

Thanks.

Used to be a shop on West side of Charoen Prathet near where the Soi running along the South side of The Empress. The Soi Casa Antonio is on. A few doors North of the Soi is what I recall but not 100% sure. Sell radio controller models too.

Central Festival used to have a small selection near the entry to the mall in the toy section. Not sure if it's still there or not.

There is/was a shop in the Susco petrol/fuel station just along from Loi Kroh road that had both Tamiya and remote controlled vehicles.

I havent been there for ages so cant say if they still exist.  But back then it was quite good and they obviously knew what they were doing as they had several of their own models on display.

Your best bet is eBay - local supplies are very limited.

I don't buy anything on line on principle, but thanks to those that replied for the suggestions.

There used to be a place on the Hang Dong Rd, but it moved years ago and I don't remember the name.
