Cannot reach ThaiVisa from normal access

From this afternoon all I get is the following.

 

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.

ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
 
Can you please explain why this is happening?
 
Can you also explain why the posts per page has been reduce to only 15?

Works fine for me when clicking your above link...I'm on AIS Fibre in Bangkok.    Maybe your internet provider is the problem....or maybe a DNS problem.  I use Google DNS servers (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4)

I just clicked on the link in my post and I had no problems. I have now saved that link and no problems from bookmarks.
