hello all, i ll need to find  solution before 1st july ^^ i did mae sai twice already (this year), will i be able to get 30 days if i go back there ?

The limit is 2 visa exempt entries per calendar year at land border crossings. If that is what you have done twice already then you will not be able to do another one.

Have extended you current entry for 30 days?

Wow, didnt know i was able to do that, so after 2 runs at Mae Sae, i can go to the immigration and get 30 days for 1900 ? thats would be great

You can extend a 30 day visa exempt entry at immigration unless the entry is from a bilateral agreement. What is your nationality?

If from a bilateral agreement their is no limit on the number of entries you can do at land border.

I am surprised, assuming your visa exempt entry is not based on bilateral agreement, that immigration at Mae Sai did not warn you about the 2-per-year-by-land visa exempt entry rule. I thought most land crossings were being careful to warn travelers about that.

Immigration will link your entry and departure records from your old passport to the new one. Getting a new passport does not erase your immigration records.

Chances are they will not allow you to leave the country when you try to do the crossing at Mae Sai.
