Accused con woman claims to have wed only 7 men

A 32-YEAR-OLD Loei woman, finally arrested for allegedly duping at least 13 men into marrying her and then fleeing with their dowries and wedding gifts, has denied the accusations. She also claimed to have only wed seven men – each of whom she had been dating for a period of time and had broken up with before starting new relationship. The rest of her alleged victims weren’t duped into marriage.

 

With tears in her eyes, Jariyaporn Buayai said she had no intention to dupe anyone to marry her and her parents had nothing to do with it. 

 

She also denied an accusation that she stole an ex-husband’s pickup truck, which police found in her possession during the arrest. It was given to her for her use, she said. 

 

Asked if she ever loved any of the seven men, she sobbed and went silent. 

 

Jariyaporn was arrested on Thursday night in Samut Sakhon where she stayed with husband Kittisak Tantiwatkul, 33. Police then arrested Kittisak at a Nakhon Pathom hotel. Kittisak was wanted in a warrant for conspiring to defraud a fruit shop. He claimed to be a victim of Jariyaporn, whom he said told him she was pregnant with his child. Jariyaporn admitted to using the Thai ID card of another woman, Soiphetch Paleewan, to open a bank account to hold the men’s money. This was consistent with the 27-year-old Soiphetch’s testimony to police on Thursday that she had lent her card to Jariyaporn years ago for a job application in Pattaya, but when Jariyaporn didn’t return it she obtained a new card.

 

 

Central Investigation Bureau chief Pol Lt-General Thitirat Nongharnpitak said that although police was convinced of Soiphetch’s innocence, they would further probe whether Jariyaporn’s elusive parents were in on the scheme with their daughter. They reportedly showed up to all of the woman’s weddings.

 

Thitirat said Jariyapporn’s fraud wasn’t complicated, repeatedly using the same trick on different men since 2011. So far, 14 victims have filed complaints against Jariyaporn, amounting to more than Bt3 million in losses. Police believe there were more victims, Thitirat said. 

 

 

Police would prosecute Jariyaporn for fraud charges and retrieve her assets to return them to the rightful owners, he said.

 

Some 13 men had filed complaints with the Crime Suppression Bureau on Tuesday against Jariyaporn for defrauding them of Bt100,000 to Bt500,000 each. Lawyer Songkran Atchariyasap brought one of the men to the press conference. Songkran later took the victim to police to ask that they withdraw a confiscation order on the truck found under Jariyaporn’s possession, as he had filed a stolen car report for it in Rayong. 

 

Jariyaporn reportedly had five arrest warrants for embezzlement and fraud offences in Pathum Thani, Chanthaburi, Chumphon, Rayong and Loei. Those alleged crimes were committed before she allegedly repeatedly lured men into a romantic relationship online and then ran away with the dowry money.

 

Lawyer Songkran said police could seize Jariyaporn’s assets, although Thai law normally regards a dowry as an asset given out of desire and automatically belongs to the female recipient. In this case, said Songkran, the woman allegedly had a criminal intent and also disguised herself as another person.

When this con girl says she loved them all, she is showing her extreme confusion. In Thailand alot of women do not really know what love is. They confuse a slight degree of affection, and the thrill of the exchange of money, with love. It is a perversion of the term. What she means to say is, I liked most of these guys. And I loved their cash.

 

The biggest part of the problem here, is the extreme emasculation that is taking place in the West. Most men, in the US, Europe, and Oz, are no longer real men, when it comes to dealing with their women. Their women have made their lives so difficult, and alot of women have gotten so far away from their innate femininity, and have become dominant, and super controlling, and men just go along with it. Most men have become so hungry for love, or emotionally desperate for some kindness, and TLC. And most are so desirous of being around a real woman, who knows how to act like a woman, and manifest the dignity, within femininity. So, it is easy for the con artists, like this worm Jariyaporn, to take advantage of emotionally wounded men, who seem to be willing to do anything to regain a semblance of normality in their lives, with a decent woman. 

 

The bottom line is this. Take your time getting to know a woman here, or anywhere. Time is your ally. It is rarely their ally. They are usually trying to step up the timetable. We need to push back. We need to assert control. An environment like this allows us to do so. Take advantage of that. Be a man. Step up. Pay tribute to the gender. Refuse to lay down anymore. Refuse to be a doormat. Refuse to check your cajones at the door. Start making the decisions, and stop saying "honey what do you want?". "What will make you happy?" "Where do you want to eat?" I have so many friends, who come here, and from the very start, make the same mistakes they made back in the West. Except here, they do not need to make those mistakes. The environment does not dictate that they behave like lambs. Many do not know, or realize that, or they succumb to "force of habit". Every ship needs a captain. If the man is not willing to be the captain of the ship, the woman will take over, here in Thailand. Most women here seem to want a strong man. But, if they end up with a wimp, they will take charge. Someone has to.

 

Always remember, if it is good, it is only going to get better. If there are problems, or if she is a big baby, who only looks like a real woman, but in reality is a 13 year old, or if she is a con artist, if she is only in it for the money, those realizations will manifest themselves over time. Time allows clarity. Never, ever move too quickly. That is the undoing of most of these guys. Be like Bond. be a real man. Man up. Do yourself proud.

Don't ever pay a dowry, I told my wife who was 35 at the time that I wouldn't. She said "I'm not an 18 year old virgin so there is no need". I do send her father a small amount every month, it's the pay as you go plan, when I stop being happy he stops getting the money.

You are a little bit behind the curve. It is no longer about equality. It has not been about equality for a very long time. It is now about utter domination. Some would argue annihilation. A man is simply not allowed to be a man anymore. At least not the definition of a man many of us choose. And as far as PC goes, I could give a rat's ass about PC. It is one of the reasons why Western society is going downhill.
