It all looks like.

Perfectly normal accepted behavior in Thai society.

All of it.

Nothing new or shocking or anything different on any given day of the week in Thailand.

Move along, next. :coffee1:

Ps Maybe she should have got a different color umbrella, the truck may have seen her coming,   as it was reversing up the road at her  !!!!!!!:cheesy:

Amazing Thailand

Why rant about the theft ? The real victim is the owner of the car. I hope the biker has insurance or she will lose more than a couple of twenty Baht notes in her wallet.

Scum.

Including the owner from the pick-up, it seems to him that the world goes by.

Because the rear cover of the pickup is down, she makes a mistake, and misunderstood the distance

Note the white T-shirt guy, owner of pick-up, 1st thing he does is worrying about the damage she's caused to his pick-up. Couldn't give a damn about helping her first.

The thought  didn't cross his mind at all......

Pffff......

Whilst as many posters have commented on the shameful actions of the three stooges on the motorbike.

I think the real lesson here is fairly simple. Do not ride a motorbike while holding an umbrella. Both hands on the handlebars love and look where  you are going.

What this remind of...The Thee Stooges...this is just the type of gag they would have loved. Seriously, I see riders with a brolly one had controlling the bike even in bright sunshine. In this case, why not wear a plastic mac and a helmet? Or am I making sense

Some people dont like the effect sunshine has on their skin, you really did not know

Why should a innocent suffer a financial loss because of the actions of a muppet

You think she was SO in control that she could cut it that fine BS

A genuine example of Thainess...

Funny that you don't recognize the several others that helped the woman rather than concentrate on the thief.  There are thieves all over.  Her wallet would have been stolen in Detroit, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, South LA, etc as well as other cities throughout the world.  There are bad people everywhere but fortunately, they are far outnumbered by the good ones.

The answer to that is try helping yourself

Dont stick your head up inside an umbrella, then you will have a better chance of not riding into anything

He obviously didn't know who owned the wallet so he is taking it to the police station..

Thai society at it's best.

And your comment is what, racial profiling. Thank god for white society, where scum don't steal wallets.

And he's right . If someone damages your car and it isn't your fault , you should only care for your vehicule.

And this surprises people why?

All indications are that the pickup truck was legally and properly parked in the driving lane.  This is a common sight throughout the LOS.

Still it's better to hit a truck rather then get wet in a rain shower

as the Thais will tell you.

500 Baht Fine and the wai be should be enough for the crime committed:cheesy:
