Valet arrested after trying to molest pub "beer girl" after hours

Police in Nong Khaem outside Bangkok have arrested a pub valet on a charge of molestation after a complaint from a "PR" girl selling beer at the same venue.

 

"Praew", 25, said that Pratchaya or "Duck", 26 took her home in his Honda Jazz on Saturday.

 

Then he tried to undress her against her will and stuck his fingers inside her. She said she was having her period and managed to flee the vehicle though she believed she was about to be raped.

 

The suspect said he felt the need for sex when arriving outside her house and said in mitigation that they were both drunk, reported Sanook yesterday.

 

Police went to the court believing they have enough evidence to make the charge stick.

So if he had tried it on during working hours, he probably would not have been arrested.

He said he "felt the need for sex".  Hell, I feel that every day, but I sure as hell don't go around molesting women because of it.

With the Thai legal system, I hope she was not wearing attire advertising an alcoholic brand, if so, she could well end up with a more severe punishment than the animal that molested her.

That is why you are not in court on molestation charges

On his own admission do him for drunk driving while you're at it.

But perhaps it was considered that the valet did not pay the adequate bar fine, before aiming to socialise deeper, with the "PR bar Hostess" !?!

Did you read the post??  There is no bar fine because it was after hours 

It's okay.

 

He was drunk and felt the need to have sex. Not his fault.

i do not condone his actions.   not uncommonly the beer promotion girls are available for compensated dating. she either was not one of the compensated dating ones, or refused due to non remuneration.

Nah, there is something really wrong here. We all have to consider that a "PR" girl can very well look like a " Working Girl".
The guy was just simply confused over what kind of work she was doing. It´s understandable. I mean, drunk and everything. Poor Guy!
