"Praew", 25, said that Pratchaya or "Duck", 26 took her home in his Honda Jazz on Saturday. Then he tried to undress her against her will and stuck his fingers inside her. She said she was having her period and managed to flee the vehicle though she believed she was about to be raped. The suspect said he felt the need for sex when arriving outside her house and said in mitigation that they were both drunk, reported Sanook yesterday. Police went to the court believing they have enough evidence to make the charge stick.
