So the diameter is roughly 1/3 of the circumference, not 1/2.  Circumference/Pi. so a 104mm circumference means an incredibly thin 33mm diameter. That seems unlikely. More likely, the entire article is BS.

Did you ever use a condom? The sizes are obviously the width of the condom (half of the circumference), and it's printed like this on, i think, every condom. And at least on every box of condoms.

printed on them in large, bold characters. 

The ladies can see that and know they are in safe hands.

I very much doubt that people with a tape measure wrapped around their best friend are aware of or even interested in the finer points of mathematics at that stage......especially if they are in a alley way next to a 7/11 trying to decide on an imminent purchase.

Condom size is defined as half the circumference - not the diameter.
