His mother probably flew to the US to give birth. He gets American citizenship and avoids mandatory military service in the ROK. This has been going on for decades. I remember seeing ads in the newspapers in Seoul with special promotions for this scam. Yet another program that needs to come to an end.

You don't have to be suffering ED to find viagra useful it can be the difference between 1 average shot vs 4-6 rock hard times in one night even after copious alcohol consumption. Egos of course will testify they 'don't need it' regardless.
