Footage appearing to the show the moment a woman armed with a knife saves a motorbike taxi driver from being beaten up has been shared on social media.

The video, which was shared on Facebook on Wednesday shows a man in a dark long sleeved shirt grabbing a motorcycle taxi driver by his hair.

But as the footage continues, the woman armed with a knife, appears out of nowhere a threatens the attacker, waiving the knife above her head and shouting at him to go away.

The threats from Khun Yai are enough for the attacker to jump on his motorbike and leave the scene.

Go yai!

What spunk!  All she needs is a cigarette hanging out of the side of her mouth.

Was thinking more the Hong Kong version:

Wish she would have given that arrogant tw@t a black eye as a souvenir.

I sat outside a pub near the main railway station in Bangkok and observed a man with a huge meat cleaver chasing another man along a traffic jam in the middle of the road, I turned to the waitress who was also watching :-

"My God, what's going on here"

She shrugged her shoulders in a bored manner, "Bangkok"

Lucky for her the wimp ran off. Could have been a taxi cab driver and attack her with a lump of wood or machete or a gun.

But good on her for sticking up (legally or not) for the guy who was in trouble.
