Old Army Jeep, where can you buy them?

Featured Replies

Just curious, does the Thai military sell their old jeeps or hummers?  Where does one look?  Cheers Mates

Do you want an old Willys Jeep ?

Most all the ones you will find here have been re-engined with Japanese powerplants, seen Toyotas, Nissans.

And Hummers, being military, AFAIK can not be owned by civilians.

I saw one for sale on Hang Dong Road today.

Humvees can be owned and registered by anyone, there a few around Bangkok but for obvious reasons they are not the best choice for Bangkok traffic.

Never seen a real Humvee on the street unless the military was using it.

If you mean the H2, which is a Chevy Suburban with different body, then yes.

No, I don't mean the H2, I mean a civilian registered Humvee.
