Dutchman faces six counts of charge related to child prostitution

 

 

Six charges have been lodged against a 69-year old Dutchman and his 19-year old Thai accomplice caught by police at a Pattaya hotel as they arranged three underaged Thai boys for two undercover foreign agents posing as customers.

 

The charges against Rienards Marie Joseph and Kolatorn Panya include human trafficking in procuring youngsters aged between 15-18 for prostitution; procuring or convincing others to engage in prostitution with or without their consent; procuring youngsters aged between 15-18 to engage in prostitution; and promoting youngsters to behave in a way which will put them at risk of committing an offence and exploitation of youngsters for their vested interests.

Why are some guys so big on prison rape? Stop to think for a minute about how encouraging prison rape is not a good thing...

 

And no strawman arguments that I think he should go unpunished, I just find it utterly strange that you think more sexual violence is an answer to sexual violence.

You know Thailand has to be running out of prison space. They may have to return to an alternative punishment. Other than the death penalty I believe it's Indonesia that has a sentence which includes caning every week for years. That might encourage some thought before you commit the crime. This punishment should be well publicised. A sign with crimes frowned upon and their punishment could be some interesting reading while in line at immigration.

70% of those jailed in Thailand are jailed on drug related offenses.  Stop incarcerating users, and there wouldn't be a problem with prison space.

Gogo bars that operate outside the terms of their licence are frequently raided.  I do wonder what type of licence the bars in Sunee Plaza have but raids there are not uncommon, and they are usually targetting underage boys.

You were being smart and sarcastic when you told Hendrik Anderson to buy a dictionary and I am showing you that not all dictionaries say  "prepubertal" and that the main word is "child" and all countries have a different age of when a child becomes an adult. dek ying and nang sao have nothing to do with the definition of what a pedophile is. Legally any adult that engages in any type of sexual activity with any person under the age of adulthood in what ever country can be charged with pedophilia
