The info. so far indicates that the village is being built from a government budget, if individual house and land ownership is transferred to individual judges, do the judges have to individually reimburse the government the full cost of 'their' land and house?

 

If not, why not?

 

 

 

It would be interesting to read a few cases that these two have have processed and decided on, is there appropriate balance and due respect for the underlying spirit of the laws involded.

 

In any case, If I ever end up in court I hope neither of these two judges decide my fate.
