Parking at Central

Featured Replies

I got one right by the door about 11.30, sheer blind luck, I was in a line up and a car pulled out right in front of me.

When I came out they were lined up for half a mile on the other side trying to get into Big C.

They were parking on Highway 1 when I gave up and tried for Big C. I couldn't actually get into the mile long line up for Big C so had to abort that mission too.

Ok, I don't live around that area.. but there is a reason why i prefer a bike over a car.. one of them is parking. Luckily the central near me has plenty of parking spaces.. still go there on a holiday.....

We got there at 1015 this morning and all the car parks were still roped off. I was lucky that I found one area where the rope had fallen off. There were some Thais that were pleased as well. We were going to Tops which opens at 10am.

When we left at 1330  there were cars parked where I have never seen cars parked before.

It is school holidays and the lines at the movies were big. Apparently the new Marvel movie is very popular.

We then went to Big C and the lines of cars were big. We were lucky and found one very easily.

Always get there about 15 minutes before opening and dont have a problem . , this is only for weekdays as  we keep away on weekends. It would be easier for the public if the workers were made to park down  the back

....

Central lost a lot of parking spaces with that condo. I wonder if they thought that through.

And I agree with Kevvy, I don't even try on weekends anymore!

They have also taken out the parking between B-Quick and Central now. But there is a chance the are going to use that space for a multilevel parkade.

They are building something there.

I doubt that it will be a multi storey car park. More likely shops.

Big C has done the same thing building on the car park.

That would be a pity
