That works because dollars work in US and you are actually in US. You think in dollars. You've never been able to make the jump to value things in baht. I'm not saying it's not effective in some cases - it's just you lack the experience to understand the value of the currency no matter where you live and how long you claim to have lived in Thailand. A person living here should be able to value everything from a grilled mackerel to a houseplant. In this case, instead of complaining here a quick check on Lazada for this tourist should have sufficed. -

Extensions w/ new passport at Jomtien -- do you need a new TM30 and new address report?
Just one suggestion. If your 90 report window is open at same time as window for extension I would do at same visit. You would do the transfer first followed by the extension and then TM47 in person. At some offices the io may handle both. At CW it's two separate desks. Previously I never did TM30. Now I do one each time I do annual extension. Suggest you do a new TM30. -
