Can anyone give me directions to anywhere in Pattaya where I can find a low pressure fuel pump ( 12v 2.5 to 3psi )

These "Red" pumps are very reliable and a regulator can be used to lower pressure. In use the advertised pressure will probably be lower depending on it's route.

 

I used "Blue" pumps with a higher pressure than the red rating that l regulated to 7psi with no probs..

I also used the return pipe to the tank which I put a reducer in, this also lowers the pressure and keeps fuel moving. Once that is all set up you just adjust the regulator..
