Even if it works won't fit the requirements here which have gone in the other direction.

In Chiang Mai, I think the Agents would be the only ones

to be allowed to use it, otherwise there would be a drastic

fall in cash flow............

Here's a piece of potentially good news for 90-day reporters.  When I was at Promenada for my 90-day report earlier this month, the officer off-handedly mentioned that perhaps next time it could be done at 7-11.  I asked if he was serious, and he said they're working on it.

The clerk at 7-11 would scan the barcode on the form that's stapled to one's passport, and somehow we'd be good to go.  I can see where some kinks will have to be worked out, but it certainly would be fantastic if it were to come to pass.

^ I'm too lazy to go to 7-11. I do 90 days at the same desk I'm posting from now.

I believe that was an April Fools post last year.

Anyway, post for anyone, online for some. No need to go to immigration.

I did it last month, first time it has worked for me

in several attempts, they now have a proper

certificate for the website, https,so more secure,

no need to use old windows explorer, worked fine

for me with Slimjet browser,a Chrome fork. dont

do it more than 15 days before your due date.

anything that reduces the need to deal with emmigration officers would be a positive step for the country

another option would be to send all the emmigration officers to the 7/11 school of public interaction classes

I did my 90 day online last week. Submitted at 5.15pm & was approved by the time I checked the next day ay at 11.15am. That was the third time I'd used the online service - very, very pleased with it!

How childish.

Over the past several years every IO I have had contact with has been friendly and helpful.

Maybe you are doing something to create a negative issue....

It's   a certainty that the training employees at 7 -11 receive  could  serve as a  model for a  lot of other companies  in the Kingdom.

I wish 7 -11  could or would franchise their school of training of employees  to companies far and wide in Thailand.

It would benefit Thai people just as  much as farangs.

When I google 90-days Thailand, there are multiple pages even within Thai Immigration.

Can you provide a link?

Here you go https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do;jsessionid=bYgm6tBC4jzW9mRlPFeE5kqFdY-B9ZFkWuDIwtjIbBSpeu8va7J7!-1010920787

On the opening page you must scroll down the narration & tick the accept box. Also when completing the form you MUST use the drop down boxes.

Good luck.

Good luck.

Now, if they only did this for retirement visa extensions.

Wouldn't it be great if, after 5 years of continuous retirement extensions, the authorities concluded we are law-abiding people who don't need constant monitoring?

Maybe not. A lot of people would be out of work.
