First the Germans get hushed out of the World Cup...then Portugal...and now Spain ousted by Russia !!.....with all the money involved and knowing what tricks the Russians are capable of, have things been faked, with individual bribes under the table,  by the Russians ? Does this not seem a bit fishy ?

Apparently Harry Kane was scheduled to dine at Zizzi in Salisbury but had to cancel last minute due to an anonymous dodgy lasagne warning.

Putin...first he influences the US elections then he swings the world cup for russia....did Trump collude with him on this?

I don't think anyone believes that Russia would put Novichok in the Lasagne, but just the threat can put a player off his game. However as two more people in the United Kingdom are hospitalized, no one is sure just how far Prince Vlad will push it. Did Gianni Infantino really romp with those Bunga Bunga joy boy tartars from Kazan? Was it a set up? Did Putin film it. No one knows.

I suspect that Russia may well be trying to exert undue influence to the officials.  However FIFA itself was rotten to the core and whilst some of the main corrupt FIFA members have publicly been rooted out I suspect that ,  just like Thai politics, the corruption is deeply rooted and to a degree still ongoing. I mean to say that USA referee for the Eng v Columbia match,  what a joker !   Firstly any connection between the US and football is purely a coincidence and we all know how the US funded the Contras,  which may explain why he did not red card at least 3 Colombians.  As for the Russian v Croatia tomorrow night then that will be refereed by the Brazillian Sandro Ricci who also officiated for the Croatia v Nigeria game !!!!!
