Is there quality race shop/machine shop could do connecting rods resizing?

Rod big end diameter couldn't match specs after ARP bolt swap( 0.015mm out of round & 0.015mm above max oil clearance, and ARP said resizing is a must for bolt change )

I'm in Bangkok Rama 2 area, a lots of machine shops nearby but was lost in language barrier, and they seemingly not care much about precision...

That is a difficult one.....We do have a member here I think is PhilM...Something like that but not seen for a while, does speed stuff...

I had a worn motorcycle barrel bored to take a bigger piston; i think they judged the size by eye!
