Krabi Police looking for serial panty thief

Krabi Police are on the lookout for a panty-snatcher caught on CCTV stealing underwear from outside of more than 10 houses this week in Ao Nang.

 

The CCTV footage shows a man lingering outside a 34 year old woman’s room. The man stole the panties  hung outside and sped away.

 

The woman says “At about 10pm I noticed someone was outside my room. I thought that he was a neighbour. I called out to him but there was no answer.

Why would someone want to steal panties that have already been washed. You would think he would want the used unwashed ones that still have some traces of the previous owner

Seems like a common story here. They can't  get unwashed ones without breaking in or a buying from a dodgy FB page where panties were laced with tuna fish to sell as unwashed . Perhaps the stains and fabric wear add mystery?

In Japan there is an industry whereby USED panties are placed in boxes and sold through vending machines.  Maybe they are being used to clear up the common cold through sniffing them.
