800baht for polish you  get panels resprayed like new  for 200baht

I use Ebay for this type of stuff now. Motul E8 scratch remover is available for about 300 Baht including delivery, but it will take a couple of weeks to get it. 

 

Or you can get actual T-Cut brand for 800 Baht (free delivery), but again a couple of weeks.

Cannot easily answer that across the whole of Thailand, Sorry but there were a number of franchising car-clean places that used/sold the stuff. All good quality but obviously not cheap. All places were well advertised with posters and the like, in my experience.

Tried Lazada ? they have "paste" from 79b a tube , depends on size of area you need it for.

 

Just a suggestion

Our Central has an area with car stuff in it. They sell a paint restorer there.

sorry you lost me  *our central* is that in pats and where, looks like bird crap on the bike, i would think and just discoloured the paintwork in some places,

I have used this cream cleaner from Tesco/Big C.

Very mildly abrasive, a bit less than T-cut, but does the job on small areas.

At 40 baht maybe worth a try.
