Big Joke takes down ex school director for sex with underage teens

Crime buster Maj-Gen Surachate Hakpal and anti-human trafficking police announced the arrest of a former school director on charges of having sex with children as young as 13.

 

Deuan, 65, was shown at the police station in Udon Thani with a towel over his head.

 

His arrest along with three others was the result of an operation called "Talay Bua Daeng" (Sea of Red Lotus) investigating a sex for sale with underage children ring in Kumphawapee district of Udon. Abusers used the Line application.

 

Also arrested were two other alleged abusers of children Wangwalee, 62, and Pornthep, 41 and the woman who supplied the victims Kanokwan, 19, who happens to be six months pregnant.

 

The victims, who in January had complained on social media that Deuan had spread hand written notes asking for girls interested in making money, were aged 13, 14 and 16.

 

They said they had been having sex with Deuan and Pornthep for a year after being introduced to him by Kanokwan.

 

Deuan then forced the girls to have sex with Wangwalee.

 

Other investigations in the same area have resulted in jail terms of 90 and 80 years being handed down to two people for having sex with underage boys.

 

Other arrests are expected in the latest case to hit the north eastern Thai province, reported Sanook.

Good to see the arrests.  Unfortunate to read about it so frequently.  Mind blowing that many family's condone or are oblivious to the destruction an innocent "kid" (underage person).    ...figures in authority abusing the system and its people.  The cycle continues....

Thai media and police always blame farangs for the epidemic spread of sexual expoilratoon of Thai children.They make it look that awful practice would disappear from tge nation uf only those hateful,heartless farangs stop using the oceans of money they have to buy "our" poor children.Cases like this shows what a lie this is and that the vast majority of "clients" are local Thai.

Pretty soon the headlines will read:
"Big Joke busts 20 foreigner over-stays working in International schools without work permits in Chiang Mai, single-handedly issues 100,000 traffic tickets for lane jumping in Bangkok, and shoots 3 insurgents and stops a terrorist attack in the deep South - all in the same day!!!"  

One day I'm thinking that ascribing all things accomplished by the BIB rank and file to one senior officer is going to come back and bite the fearless leaders in the bum.  It makes me wonder how the average cop feels.  I worked for a company that started to reward the management staff lavishly for the works of their engineers.  That was amazingly demoralizing for the staff who actually accomplished the work.  Just saying.....

Always has been and has been taking place in the villages all over Thailand long before the Foreigners arrived at this place.

 

They themselves see nothing much wrong in it, and they used to blame the foreigners for vilifying it and saying we did not understand Asian culture.

 

The only reasons they do anything now is cash from the West who are trying to stamp it out through funding the RTP. It's exactly the same with counterfeit goods etc they don't realize after a few token offerings and scapegoats, it is back to ' same old, same old '

 

This guy at the school has probably annoyed somebody higher up with something unrelated to this matter.

The girls, especially under the age of 15 are classed as being removed from their parents' control without consent, and it is statutory rape.

 

They are considered children without the capability to know what they are doing. They also cannot in Thai law ' consent ' to such acts and are rightly considered ' victims ' which they are indeed.

Yes,He should go to the all girls school in Nong Han  town out side Udorn Thani on route #22..Just repentantly a woman teacher went to jail from there but the rumor is that the parent less girls living there (about 25) are vulnerable.

full article it names the town as Kumpawhapi where we used to live.

 

Incidentally. When We lived there my wifes uncle professed that there was a real swinger scene in Kumpawhapi.
