Shocking crime as three secondary school boys rape four year old in school toilets

Paveena Hongsakul and the Chonburi provincial police chief attended a news conference after it emerged that a four year old was raped in the school toilets by three boys in Mathayom 2 (the second year of secondary).

 

There are suggestions that the boys may have been armed with a knife. 

 

The school was named as Ban Thung Krat School in Bang Lamung. 

 

Paveena - who heads a foundation for children and women that bears her name - called for an urgent review of the position and staffing of toilets used by young children at schools. 

 

At the news conference was the 41 year old mother of the four year old. They were given the assumed names of Mo and Naen.

 

Mo said that on September 4th she got a call from teachers at the school where her daughter is in K1. They said there was blood on her underwear. 

 

The child told her mum that she had been going to the toilet in lavatories at the rear of the school.

She said that there were three boys and they had a knife. Two boys held her while a third raped her. 

 

Doctors confirmed that the little girl had been raped. 

 

Chief Pol Maj-Gen Nanthachart Suphamonkhon said that three boys had been interviewed by police in the presence of social services and were in custody in a juvenile detention center. 

 

The knife that the little girl referred to may have in fact been the penis of one of the boys who has already been charged with rape. 

 

The little girl has been reported as being terrified. 

 

Paveena called for CCTV to be installed at school toilets and authorities to reassess the positioning of toilets for young children on school compounds. 

 

She said staff should be present at toilets used by young children. 

 

No comments were included in the Pattaya News story from staff at the school itself.

This is disgusting.  This little girl will be scarred for life by this.  The parents of the boys should all be sentenced to a minimum of 10 years in prison for failing to properly raise their boys.

totally agree on the scared for life , i have a close friend, she was repeatedly raped by her uncle who took her out into the woods,he told her no one would believe her and that he would kill her, she is 36 now, forever traumatized, a life ruined.

Teacher fired after kindergarten student raped at toilet

A Chon Buri kindergarten teacher has been fired for negligence after her four-year-old student was allegedly sexually molested and violated by three Mathayom 2 schoolboys aged 15-17 while going alone to a toilet within the school compound on August 4, Amarin TV reported on Wednesday.

 

The girl’s class teacher was discharged for allowing her student to go alone to the toilet, despite the school’s usual protocol of sending two or three kindergartners at a time to the toilet, said the school director, whose identity was withheld to protect the victim.

 

The school has installed 16 CCTV cameras to prevent any such recurrence, said the director.

 

Three so-called “problem youths” – to of whom reside in the welfare system’s shelters – are accused of the sexual assault.

 

The girl’s mother on August 7 petitioned the Pavena Foundation for Children and Women to help speed up progress in the case, and for legal action to be taken against the three accused.

 

The girl has been so traumatized by the attack that she is now frightened of all boys and men, including her father, said the mother.

 

The girl was afraid of returning to the school, causing the mother to remove her.

At that age she has more chance of recognising a knife than a penis, so I would tend to believe her.  After her ordeal there is no logical reason why she should make up the knife. 

Perhaps the absence of the knife makes it less of a crime and therefore lighter punishment for those disgusting little ****'s that did that to her?

I agree. It sickens me how some people’s minds work on here it really does. 

When western pedophiles read stories such as this, is it any wonder that they continue to arrive here? The moral climate in Thailand sickens me. This kind of thing has been going on for many years but farangs continue to be the targets of outrage. Once they make it impossible for us to live here, they will have only themselves to blame.

None of this has anything to do with a group of kids raping a 4 year old. To insinuate gender changes etc breed  rapists is disgusting. 

The male relatives of the child, should get together and decided just how justice will be served...courts are going to let these scum walk...

The child (the innocent little girl) was "eliminated" by this action...gone.  No amount of counseling brings her back.  Counseling may help her cope, or move on....but the innocent little girl is gone.  A tragic cycle continues....

Its absolute unbelievable, horrible, disgusting, sad and tragic  in one go for all parties involved - not much more to say…. 

My heart's bleeding for this little child. How can the world be so cruel? The most beautiful sound in the world is the delighted squeal of a happy kid. Will her parents ever hear that sound from her again?

I have to agree, charge them as adults.

But what surprises me is when adults here in comment and bash Thailand and it's people as if this type of crime, or worse, doesn't happen in their homeland. Scum, in human form exists everywhere.

True, it can happen everywhere, perhaps in western countries the justice system is just a bit more reliable; still, it's the first time i hear about teens raping a 4 years old.

Aged 15 to 17. You know who they are, surely you know how old each boy is. At 15 I sure as hell knew right from wrong and even the thought of raping of 4 year old, or any child, is so repulsive that these YOUNG MEN should be incarcerated until age 18, then tried as adults, then executed.

There are NO replies on this thread that say "it doesn t  happen in their homeland".   If the thread is too negative for your thin skin then avoid it, and only read positive threads,  eg. taxi driver in Pattaya returns 2 million baht to french tourist.
