An axe-wielding man robbed a 7-Eleven shop in Sakon Nakhon's Muang district early on Thursday and made off with Bt5,700 in cash in 45 seconds.

The store is about 1km from the Sakon Nakhon government complex. The security camera showed a man about 170cm tall wearing a black crash helmet with an axe in his left hand and a bag in the right.

He raised his axe to intimidate the female employee to fill the bag with cash. A male customer and another staff member ran out of the shop.

So that is the key for quick service in 7-11. It seems like every time I go there, half of the staff is on break.
