A pill containing "alcohol" is a laughable concept, unless you are talking about a non-ethyl alcohol in very small quantities. A pill containing ethanol in a solid form would need to be kept at under -114 degrees or the ethanol would liquify (melt). And if it actually contained enough ethanol to kill you, the pill would be the size of an easter egg - you would be more likely to die from choking on it, or it causing necrosis of your oesophagus from the extremely low temperature. The only exception would be someone who has a life-threatening allergy to ethanol - never seen that myself, and doubt I ever will. The strongest morphine tablet available in the UK right now is probably an MST 200mg, which would be quite effective at killing a person who has never take opioids before. The amount of "alcohol" which could possibly be in such a small pill would be much less than the tiniest sip of Guinness.
