Lady's neighbor using her knickers for self-gratification

A 26 year old Udon Thani sales lady staying alone in a block of flats woke in the middle of the night as there were noises outside. 

 

She turned on the light to see that a man had taken her panties down from the line and was using them to satisfy himself. 

 

She yelled out and the man disappeared.

 

Her underwear items were found by police outside. They were covered in semen stains that have been sent for DNA analysis. 

 

CCTV at the three story block caught an image of the man who is believed to be staying at the end of the corridor. 

 

The shocked victim - who sells medical supplies - said that she usually stays with her sister but she was away on Tuesday night. The incident happened about 3.30am Wednesday morning. 

 

 

Pol Lt Col Withoon Srichai intends to talk to the occupant at the end of the corridor to see what he has to say.

Yes, quite creepy...but pretty harmless when you think about it.  At least this guy wasn't going around assaulting women because he "felt the need."  Now if the guy had a foot fetish and was getting off on her stinking shoes....well, that would be too much to bear.

We used to sing this at school , but these are different words .
