What is the scheduled date and time of the parade, if there is a parade this year?  Others may wish to post a general schedule.

You can find the entire schedule at the Chiangmai municipal website (in English too!) or on the CityLife website.  Key times:

Opening ceremony - November 21 at 6PM at Thaphae Gate

Big Parade - November 23 at 7PM (starting at Thaphae Gate and going to the municipal building on the river).

Erm nope!....life goes on as normal, at snails pace.

A tip, things only change slightly around New years day and Songran

Anyways I  have decided not to renew my 5 year car  & bike license this time around so

wont be doing the routine
