The other one I have read on these threads is he took his computer in for repairs and the repair shop downloaded the images without his knowledge.

I am sure a good lawyer can get him off using either one of these reasons.

 

I did not say that he was not guilty of the charges or that some conspiracy put him in that position.  I did say that he has not been found guilty YET and, whether you like it or not, at this stage, he is allowed some anonymity.  That will probably change in the very near future.

You can feel what you like and if that's the irrational conclusion that you draw from my rational comment addressing why he has not been named, so far, that's your privilege.  You be wrong, though, as you so often are.
