How to find whose number is calling in Thailand

Featured Replies

Is there any way to find out (mobile number) whose calling me in Thailand?

Thanks

The caller number is usually displayed on your mobile phone
If the number is not displayed and it bothers you its not displayed then don't answer...or answer and just leave them talking to themselves...wasting money...eventually they give up.

Or do you mean trace a number displayed to find out who it belongs?  I normally get hit using Google for advertising type calls and often times for hospitals and such.

Answer it, and ask?

It sounds like you have identified a telephone number, and wish to find the name associated with that number? Reverse look-up.

I do not believe that there is any reliable, publically available (free or paid) reverse look-up service here. Obviously, the authorities can get that information. And all sorts of government and private entities, in addition to the service provider,  maintain customer records with names and phone numbers.

Enterprising individuals have work-arounds, but that requires a contact at the service provider, and a small "tip", after first identifying the service provider (easily done at a top-up machine for 12 baht).

That only gets you a name, and it might not even be that of the person currently using the SIM/number.

Yes was thinking along that line.
