Hi, I'm currently looking at renting a shophouse in Bangkok that still needs some renovations (the base is great, but needs new flooring + kitchen installed). I love the look of the 'polished concrete' you see at many resorts/restaurants here in Southeast Asia – and was wondering how doable it would be to have this on our floors and as a kitchen counter (image attached)? Does anyone have experience with this, and if so, is it expensive? Any contractors to suggest?

Very doable and cheapest way to go floor-wise, the concrete counter will be a labour intensive cost but still a reasonable price, for a contractor company ask locally to your area.
