If he was in the remotest bit unfit/injured, SAF would have had his butt dragged back to his club and rightly so IMO

You might be right, but also consider the fact Rashford does appear to care more about England than your top United player of the past.

And Ole isn't SAF sadly. There is the phrase keeping your gunpowder dry, and Ole might need to make some decisions that Southgate doesn't like next season. Dragging a half fit Rash back from the Euros - when I don't think he is critical to our start of the season - might cause a needless row.

Pogba is a liability in a midfield 2. I've been saying it, high profile pundits are saying it, but does our manager know better?

If Ole is going to persist with this I might take the season off.

Is this the mate who's mother works in a chippy on Warwick road who reckons there is no deal on the table for Pogba, or another mate in the know?

What an amazing goal by Pogba last night.  Yes he is probably worth a 400k salary.

Varane, Sancho and Camavinga and I might start saying something nice about the Glazers for a few days

I appreciate he would cost a bit more, but wouldn't you prefer Grealish to Sancho?

If there's only a few quid in it, I'd go for Grealish. Hopefully United buy Sancho for big bucks as we will get a big chunk of it ????

Well if he could play half as well as he did for France the other night, despite losing, I think we would all be happy. Rated 9/10 with most pundits

No matter what with Sancho apparently locked in I'm looking forward to a front 3  of Rasford (when fit),   Cavani or Greenwood,  Sancho. That has some real potential .Only concern Sancho will find EPL has a lot of more physical, better players than he's been used to

I was banging on for months last season about Rashford playing injured. Was a liability the last few games and still went to the Euros, hasn't hardly played and hope he wont. Go home son, get injuries sorted out, your club comes first.

Good to hear from you Sparkles.

Although Pogba had a great game offensively against Switzerland there were suggestions he went missing defensively. I didn't see it. My point is let him do what he does best. Why burden him with that responsibility in the middle of the park? He could be an excellent wide attacking midfielder in the Beckham mould.

I suppose all the money being spent by the Glazers will mean the green and gold scarves will be put back in storage for another season.????

Sensible United fans will concede that although the ownership situation is far from satisfactory, they have backed the club in the transfer market.

Unfortunately society is becoming so two sided that common sense can go out of the window. Right wing or left wing etc etc... once somebody aligns themselves with one of these sides they think they can't agree with anything else the other side says. But we know life isn't like that, there are many grey areas.

I thought Diallo would play a major part in pre-season and maybe even start the first game, with Sancho, Rashford and James all playing the Euros.

But unfortunately see Diallo and Bailly are off the Olympics with Ivory Coast! Could be time to promote another couple of youngsters. Or will we be relying on Martial to get off to a flyer (if he stays).

Spot on. I know several ex-work colleagues and some friends who are like that.

Ex work colleagues... does that feel nice to say? Are you bored with retirement yet?

Going through ups and downs. Difficult just to turn off after working for so long. I've had to re-discover maths due to my daughters home/online schooling. Bladdy hated maths first time round. Just bought myself a new welder, so going to get stuck into some ideas have had for quite a while but never had the time to do them. Better learn to weld first though (insert laughing emoji) ????
