Newcastle 1-1 Blackburn: Troubled Toon spared embarrassing Cup exit as Matt Ritchie scores late equaliser from the spot after Bradley Dack's powerful header put Rovers ahead

I am looking forward to the news, "The club has been sold, new owners providing

real money to buy some decent players" Amen.

The club and supporters deserve much better than what's been going on in last

few years.if nothing changes soon we are going to end up like Sunderland.

For you Worgeordie.

The Back Page..Tueart..and City fans affection for Newcastle. Mine goes back to the League Cup final and being impressed with the very good nature of the geordies after their loss, and having a Morpeth girlfriend for many years and getting to love the northeast (particularly the wilds of Northumberland).

Fairplay to newcastle and rafa for the recent shock success.

Deleted disgraceful appointing Bruce. A 24% premier league win rate.

Disgraceful to let a manager of the caliber of Rafa walk.

Looks like we're doomed ! ,we have an owner who's more interested

in the high street than the football pitch, just when you think it could

not get any worse ....it does, Rafa soon got himself a new job,we go from

a manager who has won titles to a mercenary one,the highest scorer

from last season ...sold.honestly  the Toon fans deserve a lot better.

Please tell me Carroll is on a pay as you play deal?

Carroll is on a play as you pay deal. Low salary.

Could still do a job if fit. problem is he is never fit.

Well played.

If anyone thought you weren’t playing for Bruce then watch this game. Valiant defending and great hold up play by your new guy up front.

A shocker...but true.

Spurs 0    Toon 1 , that came as a very big surprise,

nail biting till the last minute,as that's usually when

they let one past.

We don't need strikers, all our goals are coming from the mid field and

defenders, just think were we would be if the strikers could also score ????

I like the Newcastle kit, the vertical stipes make me look slimmer.

Is this latest takeover really happening?

Cried wolf every summer is why I ask.

Today's bs £131m signing of Koulibaly did make me laugh.

From Napoli to the wind and rain of Newcastle??
