since when has abramovic been a md? and  barring drug money WHICH business in it's right mind would pay cash for such a HUGE undertaking as a new stadium? esp when there's plenty of cash flow to cover borrowing cost  aka 58000 for the Norwich game and   the chavs have worked  with HUGE  open ended unchecked  subs from a morally suspicious  source   ..and despite that HUGE reservoir of cash he still hasn't bought bates's apartment  or built a new ground  the only surprise with the chavs  is that Putin hasn't turned up at the bridge.. and like in Thailand where the owner  often  raises the silverware b4 the team...

I you need a figurehead, Tom Werner has been Chairman since 2010...He is also chairman of The Red Sox who have also done pretty well during his stewardship.

Roman Companys (who he solely owns) bought C/Sea from Ken Bates  Companys for 140 mil approx and since then invested a further 850 mil or so .that has  taken the total to at least 1 billion plus

If sold now .it has valuation of 2 billion plus

Roman companys therefore have double their investment 

Again Roman is Sole Owner

of C/sea FC  nobody else to my  information available

Yes, that just means that if a building company wants to turn Stamford Bridge into a housing estate , the supporters would all have to agree first .

  David Deins company was trying to put Chelsea out of business at the time with his Marler estates and Bates set up the Chelsea pitch owners scheme to stop him ever being able to do that .
