is 24 Closed ?

Looked at a route from Prasat to Ubon on Google and said the 24 is closed till mid Feb

No news locally about that that I’ve heard.

What I see on Google maps is just a short stretch being closed at intersection with #221.

Likely some construction work? (speculating).

Can be bypassed easily.

That junction (24 with 221) is open and always has been. It is now rebuilt and a lot quicker to get through than during the period late 2017 up to to last month (when it was under reconstruction and widening, but was nonetheless passable).

 

Trust me - I live 10 clicks from it and pass through it at least every other day and 2 hours ago!

 

The diversion mapped above in contrast is impassable, without caterpillar tracks, to the best of my knowledge.????
