Mary Haas dictionary - any ideas where I can buy it in CM?

Title says it all really - I'd like to get hold of the English/Thai dictionary that Mary Haas brought out years ago. Is there anywhere in particular I should look in CM? I know there is a second hand bookstore on Sridonchai and then there is the one called the lost bookstore (or something like that) near the Tha Phae gate. Are they the best places to look or is there somewhere else?
